Starsoft has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry in New Zealand and has covered the changes from desk top computers running DOS with solutions developed in FoxPro to today’s mobile and internet solutions using a large variety of tools. A significant portion of our budget is assigned to R&D and we ensure all our team are involved in R&D projects.

We take a pragmatic approach to software and hardware solutions – seeking for the optimal tools to provide the best solution. While we are primarily a Microsoft “shop” we also have experience in solutions from other software streams. Our Microsoft tools include Visual Studio .NET 2010, 2008 and 2005, Microsoft Silverlight, Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2008 (MOSS and WSS), Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and 2005.

We have developed applications for a number of different platforms, including the Mac and iPhone.
